I found fullreleases.biz on a search for a book that was recently released in Japan, hoping I could download an English translation. It seemed to be the only place on the net to have it.
I signed up, supposedly on a trial basis for 3 days at $4.95 using my check card. I couldn't activate my account and typed "activate my account" on the search bar.
What came up was the exact same downloads that came up with the book I wanted, but with Activate my Account as the title...all the same.
I checked my bank account on line and they had used billingsvc.com to deduct $39.95 from my account. Fortunately, I called the bank rightg away and had them cancel the transaction and put a ban on billingsvc.com.
