Half Price Books drug testing needed Dallas Texas

I've been an employee of Half Price Books and am just now quitting due to a desire to move up to bigger and better things. Something needs to be done about the employee drug use in that company. Working with individuals who come to work high is not something I've enjoyed. I've not done drugs and nor do I feel I need to. But in this company they do not do drug testing and for good reason because I know several managers who are drug dealers and supply weed to the employees on a regular basis. Some employee's have bragged to me about serious drugs they've used to get high and I really can't understand how these things have gone unnoticed for so long by the authorities! The employee's of this store are generally a rather bohemian group of ragged looking workers which I suppose adds to the quirkiness of the place. The wages are terrible and the majority of the staff who work there also have to work two or more other jobs just to survive! 'Boots' the lovable lady who runs the whole opperation comes in frequently with her young son but still she does nothing about the obvious drug use in the place! Crystal the new store manager for the Flagship store is an idiot and only got the position because she's related to Judy in Corporate. The majority of the staff are related to someone of power in the corporate offices which makes things tricky if you are a regular employee and wish to make a complaint about another employee! The books and shelves are never dusted and you can find thick blankets of dust lying over the books in various sections. The low paid employee's are expected to also muck out the toilets in the store during a shift and I can tell you that I've had to clean up piles of poo from the floor and seats of the toilets which by the way is not listed in the job description or employee manuel! People rave about the amazing benefits the company offers to its employee's which is something that is good about the place....and could be better if the employee's earned more than minimum wage or didn't work all night shifts or was expected to clean crappy toilets or take daily abuse from rude customers. There are on duty police officers who roam the store during open hours but how they can't spot the high employee's I do not know! I would love to see what a surprise drug test would produce and reveal! I imagine it would result in a mass emptying of the store's current employee's.
