Pakayas 100% Fraud, no longer even exists..... Internet

Placed an order in beginning of December 2009 via paypal and received an order confirmation via email right away.  Email claims orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order. They of course will send another email informing you that the order has shipped. As of this writing, which is now almost the end of December, i still have not received a shipping confirmation and no item has been received. I've sent two emails to customerservice@pakayas and one to Mr. scammer britesun255@yahoo.com. Of course none of which has been responded to.

Current status: Site ceases to even exist, scammer has packed up and gone.
I've escalated a claim with paypal and pending a claim which hopefully will return my funds provided Mr. Scammer has not already emptied out his paypal account.

I'm not sure how long the site was up, but i'm assuming Mr. scammer brought it online just long enough for the shopping season. Prices were pretty good. Seemed to under cut most other retailers by enough that it was worth the purchase but still high enough to make it look legit.  Any more reports following this will most likely be futile since the site no longer exists. Mr. Scammer has reaped the benefits and mysteriously vanished.

Good job, good job Mr. scammer. First time i've ever run into this predicament in my years of shopping online. With the state of the economy and rush of Christmas has gotten the best of me.....
