Sheri Schrader - GMTA Solutions ripoff Delivered broken CD promised to replace it never did Houston Texas

I ordered a karaoke CD on Nov 29, 2006. I hadn't received it, so I requested her phone number. When it was sent, I called twice and left messages, but Sheri Schrader wouldn't return my calls.

I finally received the CD on December 18, with no response from her until that day even though I had emailed several times and called at least twice. The CD was in a paper CD sleeve and inside a paper envelope. There was no protection and the CD was broken into about 8 pieces. And for this shipping method, I paid $5.

I immediately called the company and spoke to her husband about it. He told me to send it back and it would be replaced. I took it to the Post Office later that SAME day and shipped it back. I also emailed her that evening.

I of course didn't get the CD by Christmas even though it was a gift from my daughter. After Christmas, I finally emailed her again and asked when it was going to be reshipped. She of course didn't respond and wouldn't return my calls.

Finally, on December 31, I filed a dispute with Paypal. She then became belligerent through emails through them and said that I didn't have proof that I had returned the item. Of course, I didn't have a tracking number, etc. because I had never had a problem before and I trusted her husband when he said to return it and it would be replaced.

After a couple more days, she was no longer an ebay member, but I'm sure she has an alias out there somewhere. She's a crook and a liar. Paypal obviously understands this too because they refunded my money.
