Dressale.com Wedding Dress Scam Hong Kong, Other

In good faith I ordered a Champaigne colour dress for my wedding on 12th August.  (£145 including DHL) It arrived in early July made in RED.  In addition there were two bad stains on the back. 

I went out to a bridal shop here in UK and bought another one.

On contacting the company they said more or less, that it was a lovely dress so what am I moaning about and offered me $30 compensation and said that they would make a new dress but not in time for the wedding.  I decided that they could make me another different dresss for another wedding in September where I was a guest.  They then changed their minfds as they could not afford to do another dress nor could they afford to refund my money for the wrong one.  This has been going on for weeks and they are now ignoring my emails.  They said that i could keep the dress as they couldnot afford me to return in.  If I paid the DHL fee I could return it and dressale said that they made a charge for sending things back into their stock! 

I think that they are a couple of women in a room somewhere, in over their heads, calling themselves by 2 english names whioch are not their own.

They seem not to understand that if THEY make a dress in a wrong colour it is their fault.  They try to put the fault with the customer.  I

They should be banned from Twitter, Facebook and every other site where they advertise on their site.  Do not use them and you will be fine.
