House of Brides Sent Wrong Dress, Refuses to Return Calls, Emails, Voicemails, Customer Service Lies to Cover their Tracks Internet

Do not - whatever you do - purchase anything from House of Brides. It is like working with a brick wall. A dress was purchased for a wedding many months in advance. The dress came in late I might add, but it was the wrong dress, obviously the wrong dress. We have done everything that has been asked, phoned in, left messages, sent emails to customer service, phoned and spoken to representatives, but all you get is the same response every time, someone will have to call you back. Sometimes you call in, they will tell you you should hear from someone the same day, or next time you call, it will be within 24 hours, but yet the next time you call it wll be 48 hours. But no one ever responds regardless of what they tell you. Then when your order receipt and confirmation "clearly" states the dress model number you ordered, and the order number, but yet the dress you receive have a completely different dress model number, and a completely different order number on the package on the dress, the company won't do a thing. They won't call you back, they act like its no big deal, they don't apologize for the mistake, they just take a message, and keep repeating the same thing no matter who you talk to you. Like they are all programmed to say the exact same thing no matter who calls in or no matter what the problem is. They really have absolutely NO reaction when you tell them of the problem. Where did they learn about customer service? Well, there is no customer service - what was I thinking? It's all to defer you away from getting any type of issue resolved. They don't want to help anyone, they just want your money and don't want to do anything to fix any of their issues.

What kind of company has a flunky identify themselves as X-X? At least provide a name and a phone number. After the lack of response they got from y'all over the phone, they can expect any better by email? That's like moving backward instead of forward.
They should just sue your bottoms off.

Exactly - when I posted a complaint about them elsewhere I got the exact same respsonse, so I did that, and we got NO response. Precisely what I was saying in the complaint - they do nothing. Its all just generic.
