New Beginnings Bridal Non Payment for Services North Charleston, South Carolina

New Beginnings Bridal has yet to pay for an advertising program our company created for them in September of 09. The owner, Sheila McQueen has stated many times that she would pay. We have contacted her in excess of 15 times. We even asked for small payments of $20 a month. The entire ad campaign was only $229. When she does come to the phone (rarely) she claims to not even have $20?? There is no way someone can have a business and not have $20 and still have their doors open. If you are a new bride, please know you may have heard of New Beginnings Bridal from my companies advertising and we have been stiffed. I wonder how she would like it if all the new brides came in and got dresses and accessories and refused to pay?? Unfortunately the representative that put the program together for her has been deducted the $ from his paycheck. She does not even care that he has paid for HER advertising!
