E Trade E Trade is stealing money from me with fees and terms I never agreed too! Arlington Virginia

I opened my E Trade account in October of 2000 when there were no "account inactivity fees", I would never have opened the account or agreed to these fees if they existed at the time. From what I am told, a month later an account inactivity fee was added to E-Trade's agreement and having not logged in to my account in forever I am now shocked and sickened to find they have charged me $560 in account inactivity fees. I have made multiple calls to their customer service department complaining and have gotten no where. I would love to be a part of a class action lawsuit against E-Trade concerning these fees.
