The List Guy is a complete rip-off.
They sell incredibly old data that is completely dead and entirely useless.
We purchased an email list that was supposed to be opt-in and it wasn't. We emailed the list and found there to be over 80% hard bouncing (completely dead or non-existent) email addresses.
Warning: Do not deal with this company!

Anytime someone is unhappy with our services we do our best to remedy the situation. We sell data, so once we supply a consumer with data we cannot get the data back. Due to the nature of the business all sales are final. What we can offer and always do offer is to supply the consumer more data to make up for any bounced emails that go over what we agreed upon. We are always up front with are products and are here to help you grow your business.

Worse leads ive ever bought, total trash and junk, and they know it, i think they also just scrape leads and then resell them over and over from the net, i did some checking and alot of the leads were coming back saying "extracted" etc etc. Why sell leads with 60% bad and wrong numbers as well as 70% bad email addresses? That's just robbery and ignorant, and anybody pushing this junk data that works there is a thief. People work to hard for this and times too tough, but maybe that's why this company is selling this tripe, to get over and make money. They will not issue refunds, only give you more junk, oh boy, that really helps out. Find another company, avoid this one.

I just posted my own Rip Off Report against The List Guy. Over half of the numbers I bought from him were Wrong Numbers, Disconnected, or Out of Service. And the people we DID get on the phone weren't even prospects! We were essentially given 1,000 names and numbers directly out of the phone book. People were appalled that they were being called, and were part of a Business Opportunity list, when they NEVER requested Biz Opp info in their lives!
I've been taken in Business before, but not sure I've ever been taken this badly. This List Guy has a pretty d**n good scam going on.
