Hi all, it appears my husband and I are also victims to the scam operating under the name AFL Arbitrage, now Kent Woodhouse and Associates.

My husband was contacted in February 2007 by a Mark Dowthwaite who, like the other sales people, was very persistent in convincing him that this was a sound investment. After analysing the brochure and information, we decided that it might be possible to actually make the profits forecasted if the funds were managed correctly. After firstly completing checks on the company and not finding anything adverse, we decided to take the punt and invest with the company. A year later, the closing balance of our investment currently stands at $217.58 - a far cry from the anticipated returns!!

Unfortunately, it appears that we have been duped along with many others. We too, would very much like to get our money back however are unsure as to what options are available to us. We will be watching closely for any further developments with this company.

Jeff has assured me that he is prepared to refund our total investment of $7000.00 AUD which we have accepted.

UPDATE: Since filing my report we have been contacted by Jeff Kent. After a lengthy discussion, it appears that the scheme was not correctly explained to us 12 months ago and Jeff did agree that the current form of the statements is misleading.

Jeff has assured me that he is prepared to refund our total investment of $7000.00 AUD which we have accepted. In consideration of this offer of a full refund, we are willing to remove this report and retract our previous comments regarding this company.

I was told the same as you...then I received a refund deposited into my bank account of $1000.00..the starting capital. I am still $6600.00 out of pocket. Not bad money for him in only seven months. Horrible people taking from people for their own benefit.

I hope for you Jeff keeps his word, but I doubt it. I hope he has a great holiday on our money because he wouldn't want to be showing profit. WHAT A DIRTBAG.

A group of us investors of AFL/Kent Woodhouse in NZ and AUS have got together and have made an important discovery re how to get our refund money returned to us. You can contact us by following these steps:
Do a search on Google of the name "Kimbilie"
You will see a link to Kimbilie's myspace page right on top of the search results list
Click on this link and it takes you to her myspace page where she has written a blog called MY RIP OFF REPORT
Click the link next to it which says View More
It shows you the copy of Kimbilie's ripoff report. If you keep scrolling down the page, you will see a number of comments and the first one has been posted by Tina which gives her email contact details.
This is how you make contact with the rest of the group, as ripoffreport does not give out email addresses or any other contact info even if you put it in your report, due to privacy reasons as per their policy.
Please get in touch immediately since we need to move forward with our plan to get these scumbags before it's too late.
