People need to know how Broker - owner realtor Edyta Kamykowska ( Edith Kamykowska) of Keystone Executive Corp., 10700 W. Higgins Rd. Suite 220 in Rosemont, Illinois, works to make a living! I have been victimized by Edyta Kamykowska several times by her frauds and lies and withholding my paychecks. She owes me $5,300 in unpaid commission.
I was working as a Real Estate Salesperson for Keystone Executive Corp. with the signed Contract Agreement since July 2008. After first year, I noticed that my employer starts playing games with my commission checks. She issued 2 paychecks, both of which have bounced causing a negative balance in my bank account. Other times she finds excuses to not pay me in several weeks. I also has been receiving phone calls from other Brokers stated that Edyta Kamykowska issued them "bad" check or did not pay them many weeks after closed transaction and they were asking if I knew what is going on. Base on those facts in August of this year I made decision to leave this company because, I can not accept this kind of crime behavior in my working environment. I've tried to many times to get what she owes me and when I demanded on returning my money, Edyta Kamykowska and her Attorney blackmailed me to call the police for harassing her. I told her to go for it as she is the one who is braking the Law not me. Some people expect from us to stay quiet while they steal and brake the Law. Business owners have a legal obligation to pay employees wages due to them. She tried to lie her way out of her scam and i was very patience till now. All I ask was for my money back and she have ignore my request so I am going to move forward with legal way. I'm following up on that...
