MATTHEW DUNLEAVY THE OWNER OF THE FORECLOSURE.NET/ The Entourage Group LLC RIPPED ME OFF

I bid on a house in PA on  Bid4assets.com

My offer was accepted, and I won.

For a week or more, I kept calling Matthew Dunleavy from theforeclosre.net/The Entourage Groug LLC, he kept saying he would get back to me, he was in the car, etc.  He would not call me to finalize this sale that I won.

After many phone calls, Matthew Dunleavy, from theforeclosure.net then told me that the owner said he wanted more money and would not sell the house to me even though I won the auction.

I complained to bid4assets.com and they told me that they could not do anything to help me other that not let Matthew Dunleavy from theforeclosure.net  sell houses on their site.

When I called theforeclosure.net, they said Matthew Dunleavy "didn't work there and couldn't help me."

I did a search on the internet and found Matthew Dunleavy is part of The Entourage Group,   http://www.entouragegroup.net/ourcompany.php

On that site, under his bio, Dunleavy states that HE FOUNDED theforecosure.net!!!   He owns this business that told me he didn't work there!!!

I am complaining to the real estate board of PA, Better Business Bureau, local city, state, and federal prosecutors, as well as other regulatory agencies.

AS OF THIS DATE MATTHEW DUNLEAVY FROM THEFORECLOSURE.NET HAS NOT REPLIED TO ME REGARDING THIS MATTER.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MATTHEW DUNLEAVY or THEFORECLOSURE.NET, THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.

#1 Individual Responds

Claims are False, and this person is a liar.

AUTHOR: Matt Dunleavy - Philadelphia (United States of America)

My name is Matt Dunleavy.  The person listed in report who supposidly "Ripped this person off" on an auction site.

Before I even begin, if you CHECK MY REPUTATION on eBay (which is where most of the properties are sold) you'll see that at this very moment, I have 93 positive feedbacks, and a VERY solid reputation on ebay. You can access these feedbacks by visiting TheForeclosure.net, or looking up the screen name "ForeclosuresRUS" on ebay.

This person won't even put their real name on the post because they're simply pissed off that an error took place that effected them.  I don't even know who the person complaining is, but if it's the person I assume it is, they bid and won a property that was supposed to be pulled from the auction due to VARIOUS issues on Bid4Asset's part. We had 40 properties pulled from their platform for their failure to market the properties per our specifications, and breached an agreement.   Their web site is terrible, and I even offered the buyer a SERIOUS discount on another property as Bid4Assets failed to pull the auction when I asked.  They just let it run.

Kindest Regards,

Matt Dunleavy
