Marty Sweeten ripped me and alot of other people off. I'am working with a broker in Sacramento, CA and he is looking for Hard Money Loans for me. He found Hard Money Placement, INC. They sent a conditional approval stating that if the conditions were met and there was no fraud involved that the loan would close. They required a $2600.00 deposit for due dilligence I deposited the money into a Wells Fargo branch and my broker and I never herd anything from Marty or anyone else at Hard Money Placement, INC. I have made numerous attempts to contact Marty by phone and email and he has yet to reply. I do not believe that Hard Money Placement, INC has any kind of hedge fund or the resources to support any loans. He is a fraud and deserves to spend a long rest of his life in prison. Do not use Hard Money Placement, INC. If you want to contact them via email please do so just to tell them they are frauds and you think it's horrible what they do to people in need.
