Luis, sold me a property well over what it is worth. about 2 years ago. we were looking for a nice house, and since we have known luis for many years we went to him. it turns out that he bought a piece a shit house and just made it look brand new and sold it to house for triple the amount. in the process of getting a mortgage he said everything is great nothing to worry about all we needed was 20,000.00 as a first time home buyer we were very excited about getting our new home. luis said we would only have one mortgage to pay for. but at closing we had an additional mortgage. we asked and he said dont worry thats only for a few months just come back and we will do a refinance. ofcourse that was impossible to do. we were so innocent about this whole deal we trusted him so much. well since he could never do anything for us we looked for help and called our bank, but they couldnt help either. as we were looking for all our closing paper work we found a FAKE job that luis put in to get the deal done. now a few years later we are stuggling to make dead ends meet. I have 2 kids and iam working 2 jobs. and so is my husband. we cannot refianace the house because thay want proof of his job. which luis lied about and our house is not worth anything. we have leaks, and molds in our house from the leaks, our house is falling apart. everything was old and he just made it look "new" his construction company suck they just rip people off also, I hope you dont sleep at night knowing that I have to stuggle to provide for my children and that iam in foreclosure because i can no longer afford my house. who gives you that right to drive a 2008-2009 MERCEDES BENZ have a over 100,000 WEDDING??? and rip off people???? explain that to me???? my kids ask me for things i cant buy, do u think thats fair?? while you get to drive ur benz, and sleep at night?? while i cant??? u stoled 20,000 from us. people like urself deserve the worse. anybody who is reading this please be careful dont get fooled by luis.he is a bullshit artist. stop ripping people off u scumbag. I am proberly going to be in the streets soon along with my children. all because of you. PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL, o yea and john tesatuti a lawyer whos office is located in merrick is also part of this he and luis both know each other very well, he was my lawyer at the closing but apprently was luis's lawyer since he didnt explain everything in complete detail to us. inside he just lied and bascially maked luis look good, BE CAREFUL! LUIS I HOPE U DONT SLEEP AT NIGHT!

The information given by this woman is completely false. Mr. Rodriguez has been my mortgage broker for years, he did my loan for the purchase of my home as well as a refinance. I have referred many family members and friends to him because he is professional, honest, upfront and always does the right thing for his clients. He was referrred to me by many people who have done business with him. There is nothing negative about him or his company. Please do not believe anything in the previous report, seems as if the person who wrote the report is bitter because they cannot pay their mortgage and wants to blame someone else for their problems. Also, posting personal information about someone ie what kind of vehicle he drives or how much money he spent on his wedding is ridiculous. For all we know the person who wrote the false report is jealous of Mr. Rodriguez. Once again disregard that information and look into real references and clients who have been more than satisfied with the service provided by Luis Rodriguez and his company.

someone to get your mortgage approved, and you can prove it, then you should be able to recoup all your losses, right? Contact your Attorney General immediately!! If you live in New York, then you are LUCKY because Andrew Cuomo is your Attorney General. He's about the only person in the USA who is truly 'for' the American people.

Remember, FALSIFYING legal documents in order for a loan to be approved is FRAUD, right?

*If FRAUD took place in the processing of your mortgage, & you can prove it, you SHOULD be able to win & recoup all your money & possibly sue for other damages, correct?

Thanks you so much for giving me that information on how to move forward. I trust that all this will soon come to end, Yes I do have proof of all documentation.
 it seems that there is alot of mortgage bankers are in trouble and there loans are all being looked at. I thank you again for giving me that idea. now in refernece to the person who thinks that Iam lying about this well I dont know what to tell you, I have all documentation so how are you going to sit there and write something that you dont even now what your talking about?? Iam glad that you deal with him maybe you also do frudalent things with him, I dont know, but please dont say that iam bitter, i understand that i said he spend money on wedding and cars,,, and the reality is that i really dont know how much he spend, and i apologise for that, but i do know that he did rip me off and is living like everything is danddy,  while people like myself have to work 2jobs including my husband, in order to support and keep a roof over our childrens heads. so you can sit there and write as much as you want on how perfect and responsible Mr. Rodriguez is, but i have every single paper showing that my loan was frudulant. and iam completely stuck, my life is like a rat race! I will take care of this as soon as possible and i will make sure that i get my money back and all is proven, all i want is to be able to afford my house and live a normal life. as mentioned i will take all measurments to prove that this is a frudalent deal, so that my family and I can come at peace.

my father wanted to see homes also and he was approved and all with the bank all he had to do was look for a house that he likes but it turned out that he didnt like any of the ones that luis showed him, and he wanted to charge my father 5000 for what he claims my dad was a waste of his time, my dad told him that he didnt have that kind of money, so somehow my mom ended up paying 2000 instead,  iam not a proffesional in real estate but i think that it is illegal to charge a fee, my parents were also confused but they paid him the money because they didnt know. they did the rite thing and they felt bad,know they know but they say they cant do anything about it.
