One month later, and repeated phone calls have not gotten our money returned.

I will never again do business with any company without thouroughly checking them out.

I actually cried when I saw all the complaints against this company.

My mortgage was late for the first time ever because of this company and I have still not recieved my money back. Even though we declined thier second offer and were told they had transferred our money back.

Anyone! Please help. What do you do?

I have already filed a complaint with the main branch. (waiting to hear back)

I will file with the BBB, State Attorney General for CA, All the mortgage companies and banks I can find that do business with this company, my own home State Attorney General, and place articles in thier local papers as well as my own.

Any Other ideas?
