Corporate Advocacy Program

A group of Flint Michigan investors were shown a fake track record by Merrill Lynch concerning a managed program. At the end of one year, most of the investment was gone, churned on commissions. A lawsuit was rejected in Federal Court and forced to arbitration, and the arbitrators, who were paid by Merrill Lynch, ruled in their favor. I have written a book.
