Nationstar Mortage lost my home Lewisville Texas

I HAD a mrage with nationstar mortage formally CENTEX, I was told taht I had to use thier insurance because I had missed one payment on my insurance.I paid thier insurance and kept it like thy told me to. My house wa involved in the recent flooding of Missouri. he hosue has black mold in it and it is not liveable. The insurance company that nationstar made me get through them told me they dont cover floods, or any kind of surface water.

To make a long story short they sent me a check for $288.06 to cover the shingles, and the drywall that fell from the ceilling that was soaked and fell from the weight of the water. They would also pay for the piece of plywood that has water damage in the roof where the water came in. It amazes me that nationstar told me that surface water doe come from the sky, but once it landed on my floor it became surface water.

Well needless to sa we are in a rental home due to the extent of the mold, and my daughters asthma, nationstar is forclosing on me, and theres not a damn thing i can do about it - i also was WAY over charged for late fees t one point in our loan, for two months they charged me $456.90 in late fees.
