Premiere Trade How I FINALLY got a refund Ripoff Alamonte Florida

We purchased the Premiere Trade Software in February 2007. We wanted to try it out and since there was a refund policy we decided to buy it. After looking at the software, decided that the software was not for us. We returned it to the trade show that was still in town and was told that we would receive a refund. After one month without a refund we started calling. I was told many similar stories to the other complaints... refund would be issued from home office in 1 month, 2 months, refunds on backlog, etc. Each time there was a different story. Talked to Germaine once but mostly Terrance. Finally in the beginning of May when Terrance said that the refunds were so backlogged that they couldn't predict how long it would take to get a refund, I decided to contact my credit card company. Fortunately I paid with my American Express. They were very helpful. After I sent them all the documentation, along with the receipt that I returned the software, they assured me they would do whatever they could. I received a letter from American Express today that they contacted Premiere Trade on my behalf and that they have credited my account for the money owed to me.
If you are having trouble getting a refund and paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company... I didn't know what else to do and was very glad I did!!!
