Spyker
metals
contacted me about 1 1/2 years ago to purchase precious metals. At the time I did
not go with them. I was contacted later and presented with how much
I would have made had I invested back when he called me. I preceded to
invest
only $5000.00. I told them I wanted to do a small transaction and if everything went smooth we could do some serious money down the road. I was then later called that they needed more money for a leverage call. At the time I had no idea they were leveraging but at this point they were calling me frantic that I could lose my entire investment if I did not give them $2500.00 more because the price of silver had dropped. As time has
progressed, I watched the silver price go up. When I signed on with the representative that called me we agreed when it got to $16.50 oz we would decide to sell all or part. I called them to put in a sell. They even called me back and recorded the conversation that I wanted to sell. I never heard from them and called about 3 weeks later. The administrator that answers the phone said that the holding company Certified, Inc had filed bankruptcy and I should be getting the paperwork soon. Now no one will call me back. I received the paperwork and they claim they have lawyers working on it. I have called all the attorneys involved and they will not return calls either. I have heard of
other customers who have lost very large sums of money and I want to
make sure no one falls for this gimmick.
