There is an individual and family that have just moved to your area. Adam Nevius, Kim Nevius, and daughter Addison Nevius who is about 8 years old. Adam Nevius is wanted in the State of Florida, Daytona Beach for passing bad checks. He Has 46 Civil Judgments for hundreds of thousands of dollars he victimized individuals and businesses. He has three Current Criminal Judgments and Warrants for his arrest.
I am sure you do not want people like this to tarnish your area. He has had his drivers license revoked and has a history of name changes. He works in the construction field and also has a Bobcat Service. He is not licensed in these fields and will end up stealing money from innocent victims in the surrounding area. As of the date above, Adam Nevius (ATN Constrution) has not payed a dime towards the $26,000.00 he stole from me and my family. He calls every other day saying the checks in the mail. Now he wants us to clear his name from RIPOFF REPORT so he can get work. He says he's losing jobs because of it. It makes us happy to know this site is working! We know he bought a new vehical, and a new bobcat for his new
landscape service. And this was before he moved from the state of Florida!
