First of All, my personal life is none of your business! Secondly, He owns
all of the names and I can run an entity if I choose. As far as him
destroying the name, I have spoken with my ex-husband regarding you and your
husband J in detail, I have also reviewed the insurance documents
personally, one of which was the denial letter by your insurance company
Liberty Mutual for the claim that you and your husband made earlier before
using his service which he was able to subpoena for the defamation case
against you and your family! I think you have a-lot of nerve giving him a
hard time for what he has done for you and your family especially since you
couldn't have gotten a dime without him! Also in regards to another one of
your false accusations regarding a fake claim with Rumson Bolling &
Associates, you and I both know that it isn't fake!

I think that you should know number one, that I will back my ex-husband over
anything that has to do with you and your family if this should end up in
court. And second my ex-husband has lost some court cases in the past over
honest mistakes that he made which he has learned from and now he has very
well known attorneys in Indiana working for him. With all of the lies and
accusations which you have posted about him and his company on those
complaint websites I am confident that he will get a judgment against you
and your family! I have also seen him garnish wages myself without lawyers
or collection companies.

I also want you to know that from this point on I do not want to be
contacted by you in any way shape or form and if I find out that you contact
any of my associates in Missouri which have nothing to do with your Indiana
dealings again i.e. Gary McPherson I will consider it harassment, advise my
ex-husband of your trickery, and will pursue legal suit against you and your
family myself!

1st thing I had emailed you The Question letter so that we can
communicate about how the collection agency had put down a different
type of name that was connected to what you claimed was your business
name and that you was not connected to your Ex. And when I seen what
you had wrote down about your ex being LLC , well I felt maybe I
should contact you so that maybe you didn't know about the letter we
have received.

2nd I'm not sure if this is Betty but you have told me all of your
personal life willingly I never forced you to say anything about your
personal life. My advise to you is Don't tell people your personal
life. I find this letter Very Strange because when we had communicated
erlier by phone call, we talked very nicely towards eachother and you
was very clear what you thought about your ex-husband, but it looks
like you flip-flopping the whole thing for what I am noticing here by

your response to me.

 

Which I'm still finding very strange and I just feel both you and your
ex is connected and I just find You Betty a Liar. To bad I really
thought you was an honest person, but yes we all have to learn allot
about people.

3rd I don't know whats going on with you both saying things about
getting my family. Sounds to me like a Threat and thats the way I will
see it. Thankyou for your kind words.

Like I said before I am very confused and disappointed by this response letter.

P.S. Your ex-hubby called me after you told me that you was going to
call him and threaten him to fix this situation you was involved in.
Well He did call which surprised right after we talked on the phone
and he was apologizing and wanted to have some type of meeting and fix
this whole situation, But now I'm confused by what you wrote here.  So
I told my husband what just happened and he said that he will just go
and make the report because obviously you guys are just playing games
and I will post this conversation and show everyone how much you love
to help people and how you back stab betray them at the same time. So
