Watch out for this contractor. He is advertising for work in the Buford, GA area by putting his business card in mailboxes. Do not pay for any thing up front. I paid for more than half my project and he only completed about 1/4 of the work. He will continue to commit to finishing the work and coming back the "next day" but never shows up. I estimate that I have lost about $3000.
