Bergen Kitchen Wholesalers - Bobby(owner) And Joe (installer) destroyed the walls in my kitchen. Installer Joe and owner Bobby have no concern for honesty and morals. Little Ferry New Jersey

Bobby the owner promises a lot when ordering cabinets and counters from him. They require FULL payment when everything is delivered before the installation is done and do not accept credit cards. ( I should have taken that as a warning, but didn't) He upped the price slightly from our signed agreement but I did not pay the additional.

Then, his employee, Joe the installer shows up and says he will not put back any of our appliances after removing then to install the counter. He then checked for studs in the walls in the wrong spots, leaving our house at the end of the installation with 15 holes in our walls below the cabinets. He also disconnected our dishwasher and ice maker without telling us. Bergen Kitchen refused to hook them up when contacted on this matter.

We now needed too pay for a plumber to connect these items. It took two months of constant calls to the owner Bobby to get Joe to come back and attempt to fix the walls. Each claiming it was not their job to do. Each speaking negatively about each other behind their back, to us.

Two months later, Joe finally came back and with such a nasty attitude!!!!!!!! He did a crappy job which we needed to redue afterwards. The owner Bobby never took charge to call us and apologize while this dragged on for 8 weeks.

The moral of this story is DO NOT use Bergen Kitchen Wholesalers in Little Ferry. You do not need the headache and aggravation!!!
