Blackwell And Blackwell Construction Ruined My Attitude Toward Home Purchase Clarksville Tennessee

I bought a home Jul 06 had trouble with it starting Aug 06 it's poorly constructed and it is a new home. Garage floor cracked entire length of garage now crack is spreading down driveway, ceilings have cracks, sunken nail holes with some of them coming through, horribly sagging looking areas in ceilings throughout the house, kitchen tiles has cracked and chipped areas, none of the doors fit properly has space where bugs can come in and air escapes, the doors inside to rooms etc, fit horrible can see light shining around entire door frame, garage door you can see outside in the corners and it rains inside, floors creak and pop, and deck is all cracked up and splitting. This is just to name a few things.

I've never had the builder to come by and see the damage defects because they are so full of attitude with me over it, because I have been complaining to different people. They won't do anything and what they did repair early on was half done, a child could have done it. I pay over $1,000 a month and it's not worth it at all. I am so upset.

I've tried over and over to work with these people. They are rude and unprofessional. I need help but can't afford to pay what lawyers have quoted and no lawyer here in town will accept it due to conflict of interest (can you believe that crap)? Thank you.

Please if you can't help can you refer me to someone who possibly can. I don't want to continue to have to live in this house and I certainly don't want them to get away with it.

There is nothing but friction between the builder, the seller of the home (who also works directly with the builder)and I. So, these people haven't even taken the time to actually come and and see just how severe the problems are. They have taken it very personal and one sided. There are other unsatisfied people in the neighborhood. I heard they may have changed thier name from Blackwell & Blackwell Construction, but I am not sure.

The email listed for the company is actually for the seller who works directly with the builder in getting the homes sold. I've even dealt with one of the bosses from the real estate agency that work with the seller also. I can get no true help from any of them, they do what they want and how they want.

They sent someone out to fix a couple of the items. #1 the stairs leading up to the kitchen from the garage was uneven, therefore tilting when you step on them, how they fixed that was by glueing a piece of wood underneath, but in the process they busted the side of it, yet the builder never came out to see it #2 They sent someone to fix the crack in the garage, when he finished it looked just like he went out there and just wiped it and to this day you can still see the line from whatever he used to wipe over the crack. The crack looks more horrible now because it is now coming up on oneside higher and it is spreading down the driveway.
