 Wish I had of read your reports before I signed with them.

 We signed our contract back in June with our the smooth salesrep Red telling us he would be there every step of the building process. We are now nearly 5months into it & they haven't even started digging yet. He or anyone else won't return our numerous calls.

 They got our original approval through with an added $10,000 for encasing the sewer without our approval or knowledge of this. Why were we not given the option of moving the pool originally, hence we won't pay the $10,000 so we are back to square one which they told us would take 2 weeks, yet 2 weeks later they have only just started the process, so god knows how long we now have to wait.

Not really sure who's running the show as all we get from everyone is " not really my job".

The worst is you then have to hear their advertising everyday on the radio which says-" I'm Rowanda, Want to be in your own pool for summer call now" while we are still waiting for them to even start, apart from the fact that is is false advertising & they cannot in their contact have the pool completed in 1 month. Just as long as they get you to sign it doesn't matter as far as their concerned.

I wish Rip-off.com was at the top of the google page when I first went looking instead of at the bottom, then I would have seen the many other people they have conned before I signed
