Cal-Pacific Products Custmer Service Rude and obnoxious. Called me thief and they never delivered items. ripoff Chatsworth California

On or bout 02/13/2007, I received a call from a very persistent sales person named MIke. I accepted to buy some latex gloves, straps and a couple more items. On or about 4/5/2007, I received an invoice for $200.33 and I called customer service and the person toll me "your company always keeps everything and never pays for it." suggesting that we are thieves.
Bottom line is that my company never received the items in question. I contacted UPS and filed a formal complaint there but I never received a response either.
Now I received D & B Collection Service letter threatening to take my company to court. I rather spend $1 million dollars with the legal dream team and put this two ripoff companies in their place.

Her name is Nancy and she worked there about 5-7 years ago (give or take) and she told a bunch of us that is exactly what she would do. She would rip-off the customers and rip-off UPS by making false damage claims on products. We didn't believe her at the time because we all knew her and she seemed to be a nice girl but we found out later that she received tons of money working there, bought a house in an exclusive neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley and then quit, sold her house and moved to Colorado and we haven't heard from her since. It seems to me that UPS should do a little investigating of Cal Pacific Products.
We all thought she just had a really good job but now I wonder...

Well, I have done a little investgating myself on Cal Pacific Products and this ex-employee who's name I now know to be Nancy Anne Sheets. I did some checking and there is a woman by this name now living in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the last 2-3 years who moved there from West Hills, California. So I know my sources are dead on this. I got her phone number and called her up and mentioned I was investigating the embezzlement and grand larceny information and allegations about her when she was employed by Cal Pacific Products and she "freaked out". And when I mentioned the same allegations to her husband Mark he did the same thing. The pieces of the puzzle are starting to fit together.
Anybody out the have any bad dealings with this woman when she was employed by Cal Pacific Products feel free to post as this will help anybody thats been ripped off by this company. Maybe in the future the will be enough people willing to speak out and some Legal action will be taken against the company and the offending employees.

Possible Elder Financial Abuse is the allegation against Nancy Sheets ex-employee of Cal Pacific Products by family members.
New information has sufaced that Nancy Sheets is on the verge of being investigated for Elder Financial Abuse by Family members as she is in charge of managing the assets of her well-insured Mother-in-law who is in an elderly care home in California. This new information comes directly from her Sister-in-law.
It seems like she is allegedly giving her Mother-in-law the same treatment that she allegedly gave to United Parcel Service aka UPS when she worked at Cal Pacific Products. I hope that UPS will take these ripoffreport claims seriously and start investigating damage claims by Cal Pacific Products for criminal Intent.
