CENTEX CORPORATION, CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC, CENTEX HOMES INC. centex homes poor and unprofessional building. the house ceiling waves, the walls continue to open after nymberuos of attempts to correct/more like hide the defect brokens trusses buckle floors, cheap fixtures, kernersville, North Carolina

i purchased a home built by centex homes since i have been in this home i had to have all the furniture remove to have the floors sanded down because the buckled. the air condition/heat system did not work properly because a main piece was left off.

the walls are all uneven from the ceiling. the paint job was so horrible i made them repaint my home. the ceiling is constantly opening up everytime they try to cover up the sloppy work. the electrical work started to burn out sockets because of wires being to close to metals in walls. cabinets top were uneven causing rips on my clothing if i pass to close. the wood floors i ordered are wavey because the concrete under them and uneven therefore the glue keeps seperating from the wood. the driveway is uneven leaving puddle of water each time it rains
