Chase Bank, Home Finance - Rodney Torell They harassed me on phone until I collapsed with severe chest pains and was taken to the hospital. Phoenix, Arizona

 I tried for a re-finance in Feb 2009 with Quicken loans Chases sub company. This fell through. I got behind 1/2 month with Chase. We were deep in debt so I asked Chase for a loan modification. We went through this 4 times in 6 1/2 months with Chase. When you got to close they bailed out. They did harass me about the 1/2 payment though 50 or 60 times on phone. In June the stress caused me to colapse and get taken to Porter Hospital. I was there 3 days and the doctor stated I could die from repeated stress from Chase. I changed my cell phone and did not give it to Chase for about a month. I gave new number when they told me they needed it for the loan Mod. they lied to me. We finally got the money to pay the back amount to Chase. after all that we filed for bankrupsey as Chase broke there word and contract with our family.
