They got you too? they got us, i dont personally know the person you dealt with but i know the cgc number and the owner of that number, did you call them and ask whats going on? because we did but they dont care okey? and phone numbers have been disconnected and put to temporary out of service. You know they are good on what they do, but not very smart. This people im dealing with got us for nearly twenty thousand dollars, with no work done on our house, you know they should be ashame to the'yreself. But here is what you can do, type clicks construction on google you may find some info but i think they pulled theyre info from the website where they advertise there business. If your case doesnt get ressolve call the florida Attorney General office and or file a complaint to them, you can download the form from this website, www.myfloridalicense.com, you will find the form and follow the instruction, do research too. Keep all your receipt and evidence okey? They did not take a lot of money from you but what they did is wrong, go to google and type everything you can think off related to this company. I wish i can talk to you and give you some info but this website wont allow me to give you phone numbers. But go to this website; www.craigslist.com /houston and go to service and type this number in the box 1206922317 you will find the e-mail address of cgc number owner, his name is carl click google them too, call the Indian River county license office and give them the number with the cgc1512722 and they can tell you a little bit about this people,here is the number 7725678000 and ask for a general contractors license personnel. Computer is great we can communicate on the long distance and share some info. goodluck.

There seems to be several of you out there that got taken, there are other complaints on rip off report, you all need to somehow get into contact with each other and ban together and file complaints with any agency you can, as soon as possible. There is others out there posting trying to get answers, stick together and all file at the Florida State Attorneys Office and the Florida licensing board. Good luck to you all, I really hope all you victims can somehow come together, and get action from Florida to Texas, this is tragic.

In response to the current "ripoff report" filed I like for those of you reading to know that the situation is unjust in this customers behavior. Unfortunately you can't please anyone and for those of you who have ever had experince in construction and with construction know that things happen and timelines can and often are changed. In reference to this complaint the missed phone calls go for both the customer and company. When one person is not only laboring and building the jobs but also managing the office it can be hard to get ahold of them. Also, when the customer has a job and is busy there tends to be messages left for communication. On multiple occassions there were phone calls to let this customer know of the change and delays in schedule. The specific engineering needs and other specifics surrounding their contract. In one such converstation the customer was told that another meeting to go over the final specifics of the job was not needed due to the fact that information from the engineer would determine the final details. However, the customer did not mention that. Also, the check was cashed because every contract requiers a deposit and the engineering was NEEDING TO BE PAID. There will be reciepts and bank statements showing the payment made and cost of engineering. We, as a business, understand the skeptism about contractors, however, Shawn Hendon is a hard working man with a personal and honest reputation. His work and customer relations speak for themselves and we have a long list of refernces for that. If needed we can supply that information. As I said in the beginning, you can't please everyone, and if this customer is uneasy they should have waited to speak with Shawn. All of this could have been avoided if they had connected with a phone call or that they understood we are waiting on the engineer at this current time. They should have no concern in regards to their deposit but if they are they can contact us. If you are interested in regards to this matter please contact us via our office. Of course he can't please everyone because his not trying too. The owner of that number cgc 1512722 his name is carl click is known for taking money from people and not doing the work like he supposed to do. Verified this from Indian river county licensing board this is the number 7725678000 and just give that cgc number and ask how many complaint they have in there office. Again the owner of this license cgc1512722 is CARL CLICK give those info to the licensing office personnel and they will be able to give you more info about his business. Be very careful when you're dealing with them. They can also talk and tell you what you wanna hear, but after you give them money you are s.o.l. dont let them fool you. Go to white pages and type the name CARL E. CLICK you'll see, he changes business name like changing underwear, what is the purpose of it? you'll be the judge. Try to get your money back, but you gonna need a lot of luck for that. And one more thing, google all the person's name that involve with this transaction, google all the info. GOODLUCK TO YOU.

And also his website is no longer available, he uses false story and ad to get people to trust them, because i happened to know one of the person they use for false AD. I dont wanna go to a detail but this people is very shady and fishy use your instinct. Per Shawn's request, I am writing an update as to my initial complaint.  A couple of month's after I requested a refund of my initial deposit, I received a check for the full amount, less engineering costs from Shawn Hendon.  Even though I don't dispute anything I wrote in my first report, I do regret the headlines it made through the search engine.  I was unaware that it would go further than this web site. 

I don't believe Shawn played any part in the other allegations of Click's Construction, however, I think he should separate himself from that name in the future. 

I hope Shawn improves in his comunications with his clients and can successfully move forward.

In closing, I feel Shawn is probably a nice person who just got caught up in a job which took longer than he thought.  I think everybody deserves a second chance and it's up to each individual to grant that.

Just wanted to let those of you who have been ripped off by Click's Construction that they have an office that Robert Contorno runs and is comparable to all of those employed by Carl Click.  They are located at 2922 Grand Blvd, Holiday, FL 34690, 727-934-8000 phone, 727-934-8003 fax.  If anyone is interested, complaints by several home owners will be filed in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough Building Depts, Department of Professional Regulation, Elder Abuse, and the State's Attorney's office. 

I'm sure once all of your complaints are filed, they will have a lot on their hands.  With regard to the fraudulent activity, the FBI will also be involved. 

Did i also tell you that he can be looked up on the Pinellas county sheriff's department website for an active felony charge?

Lot's of information out there if you look.  Start filing those complaints!!

Just to let you know, Per ABC News and the Herando County Sheriffs Department Website, a warrant has been issued for Carl in Hernando County. If you see him there visiting or know any information on his where abouts please contract the Hernando County Sheriffs office. And another one of his "partners" wife from the office in New Port Richey has been arrested for Principal to Organized Fraud in Hernando County.
