Closet World Big Rip Off. Poor Customer Service. Whittier California

First off, I wish I had looked on the internet before I contracted with Closet World. I was appalled at the number of complaints and their lack of customer service.

My story is very similar to everyone else's; contracted to have work done, big deposit, inept installers, missed appointments, excuses (truck broke down, wrong parts, dog ate my homework, etc) project still not completed, no return of calls and a "don't care" attitude.

Big difference in my experience; charged my card for the balance of the job ($4000) within 30 days of contract and I contracted with them in September 2005 and it's March 2006 and job is still not completed!
