D&E Creative, Partners Are Dave Watts & Eric Messed Up waterfall install Clermont Florida

D&E was a subcontractor for the rockwork and waterfall around our pool. Made appointments for warranty work; didn't show up and wouldn't answer the phone to explain why. Waterfall leaked like a sieve; had stalagmites growing from the roof of the waterfall grotto. Tried to fix it several times without success and then finally found a fist sized hole around the inlet pipe. The concrete repair was sloppy and showed. The re-paint was dark and didn't match.

All of this with an attitude that they were doing us a favor by fixing the problems they created by not doing it right the first time. After telling them that the problem was at the top weir, they ignored us and made several attempts to waterproof the bottom weir. Only when we demanded they look closely at the top weir, did they find the fist-sized hole allowing water inside the structure. This all dragged on for more than 4 months before they told us it was "good-enough" and they weren't willing to fix it anymore and we really didn't want to deal with their argumentative attitude. I had it corrected by another contractor.
