D R Horton Homes Sales Reps ( Tony:Montego & Suzanne:Laguna ) will tell you what ever it takes to get you to put down some cash to build you a home.

You can have BAD CREDIT & they'll pre-approve you & tell you your credit is good enough to get you in a home. At least that's what they told me. Just not there homes appearantly.
Well they asked for a non refundable $500.00 Earnest Money Deposit to start the New Build...( Why Not...they said my credit was good enough ) , So I gave it to them & signed the contracts. Kool Huh???

Within a week I started getting calls saying I had to bring my credit score up & pay off a few bills. Well before I gave them $500.00 my credit was good enough. What happened as nothing on the report changed???

They took my $500.00 ...( which I believe ) knowing full-well they couldn't do anything for me without my paying off some bills. To make things just a little worse I had to pay these bills off within two & a half months.

Well here we are 2 & 1/2 months later & I don't get the house; Because I can't qualify,...& I'm out $500.00 not to mention about a Grand in lost wages to go to all thier appointments.

Anyways, Just Beware because you can get RIPPED OFF too !!!
