D.R. Horton Ryan Dabe Rip off during Home Construction Irvine California

D.R.Horton sales misrepresented the materials that were to be used during construction of our home.
Prior to close of escrow, at final walk-thru, we were told that ALL windows were Name Brand (Milgard) windows and only top of the line windows were used in construction of our home.

By accident we found out that some windows were replaced with inferior windows prior to close of escrow and we were not notified of the change.

Now Ryan Dade, customer service rep for D.R. Horton Irvine quite rudely informed us that they did not have to honor the purchase agreement nor the statements made by Customer service at close of escrow concerning the windows.
