Me and my wife went into contract with Dominion Homes to build one of their little Condo Homes, the contract read that if within 30 days of starting to build the home that if we did not secure financing for the home that the contract would be null and void and all money returned, well needless to say our credit score was not up par and would not be where it needed to be for a few months longer according to ( Jennifer Carey -Summit Mortgage Lender) so we told Dominion that we wouldn't be able to get the loan for the home and asked for our $500 deposit back and Rob Little (Dominion Sales Rep) told us that because of the contingency form we signed and because Dominion had went ahead and built the home that Dominion would not be giving back the money, I told him that it was solely Dominions decision to go ahead and build the home and that we had nothing to do with that. So I filed a complaint with the BBB and Dominion produced  this new contingency form (That I do not have a copy of) that had my signature on that basically stated that the main contract 30 day financing contingency was null and void and that they could keep my money. The  Dominion Homes salesman (Shawn Rouse ) was always very adamant about making sure we had copies of every thing we signed and for some reason we do not have a copy of this form whatsoever, Its my belief that Dominion Homes  forged this document and Photo-shopped my signature onto it (is it so hard to believe?) I can do it with photoshop its a simple cut and paste and if you are fluent with Photoshop you know this as well, also might I add that the home has been resold to a new buyer and Dominion still has my deposit as well.
