I was quoted a certain amount for a job. I was then overcharged 25% to do the final electric hook up.

The billing staff (one person) did not return 12 phone calls.

the owner did not respond to two letters and various emails.

I now have to go to small claims court for my overcharge

And get this - he did the job without permits and charged me for them.

Don't use this company - they lowball the bid to suck you in, then overcharge to get the job done.
