Known code violations:
Drainage problems around house resulting in standing water in the yard, concrete form boards were left in place at the foundation perimeter, flashing at roof jack wasn't sealed, damaged shingles, improper service flooring in the attic, insufficient insulation, attic stair unit not properly mounted, electrical cables near attic stair opening aren't protected, central air conditioning condenser unit is too close to house, Duct work (plenum, duct hubs, and evaporator coil seams and openings) needs sealed, thermostat for electronic range was found to be inaccurate by 43 degrees, bathroom and laundry exhaust fans discharge to the soffit rather than the roof, gas water heater and furnace should have sediment traps.

Our sales associate also lied about an island we were supposed to have installed in our kitchen. First she said all houses would have one and then later denied ever having that conversation and of course, we didn't get it in writing.

We've had problems with faucets, bathtubs sinking, standing water in the backyard, trash coming up from under the sod after the soil has eroded away, big utility boxes in groups of three and four in front of all the houses (very unsightly). Many more problems but I'd be here all day if I listed everything.
