NIGHTMARE!! lasted over 2 years. Beware when it says no complaints reported to BBB. There is also complaint with California State License Board. CSLB industry expert report our roof irreparable.
Do Not Believe a word they advertize and those testimonials???

They promise things don't fulfill and cut corners, "below industry standard workmanship" stated by their bond company. Plagiarized, blatant lies, I can show proof in writing, in photos, in email, on his plans submitted for permits. Did not fulfill what is on plans - don't know how got away with inspections. Did things after inspection according to building inspection supervisor - after the fact. Can provide building dept.supervisor's name. He recommended file complaint CSLB. CSLB recommended we file complaint with contractor's bond company also.
Caused major leaks - blames it on act of God. End result his insurance went up $5,000.00

They use non documented workers because they can't complain to Labor Department or IRS.

Arbitration Agreement to protect contractor not consumer.

Took advantage when realized we trusted them. We always paid as agreed. Until they realized we were not going to use them to do the repairs from the water damage and asbestos exposure due to their negligence. Our homeowners insurance covered everything and went after their insurance. Then had the gall of accusing us of insurance fraud to the BBB and their Surety Bond Co.
