Ripped us off for money we paid him for supplies and a pool cover and then lied about it. Left the yard in a total wreck. Never pulled permits he told he was going to get. Was working without a current business license. Pool he installed bowed because he was in Arizona on a golf trip, so no one was working on it.
We are going into month 3 of a 2 to 3 week install and now have to hire a real pool installer to finish the work, and a landscaper to fix the mess in the yard. How is it these people are not in prison?

it is a shame that people like this have the right to do this to people not only do we carry a license for 3 yesrs with no blemishes we had the county officials come out to there pool project and the pool project was pristine, we were not contracted to do land scape, the hold up on her project was not us but them they delayed this project 1 month then expected us to stop working on other commitments we were told by them they understood i ask anybody to go see our pool installed at there daughters house we had county and police officer see the project,they looked at pools we did for other home owners prior,you cant please nuts unfortunately

The Mara's (Ed J 6/17/57 and Christi 6/13/57) have a long history of doing this up and down the eastern coast. It appears that the Mara's lie cheat and steal for a living. They drive Cadillacs, SUV's and New Trucks. They live in a nice big brick house. They have many complaint just like this one at many BBB, Consumer Affairs and Att General offices in may states. see Tropical Pools/Mountain Services along with Southern fiberglass pools

I had the honor of going to look at one of their fresh installs. The customer called and said their new pool was cracked. When we walked inthe back yard I was rolling onthe ground laughing. Once I seen the install I knew why they were selling so cheap. The pool was out of level, the backfill was what they dug out for the hole, the pool must have pinched to crack the shell, the steps were hollow, the walls were backfilled only halfway, the flagstone decking was laid on the dirtand thwn grouted, the pool filtration looked as if a child plumbed it. THese poor people. I have worked for afew pool contractors in town andhad to start my own because of how I seen they ripped people off. SHortcuts is how they do it.
