Over the past year, i have contracted with G&A and their project manager, ariel rodriguez. There have been several broken promises, shoddy work and overcharges. An electrical hook up was attempted on a used hot tub which resulted in product failure and a failed inspection by a third party electrician.It was stated that electrical shock was possible due to incorrect hookups which were not to code.

A car port enclosure wall was stuffed with paper then cemented over to fool the inspecter into thinking the entire cavity of the cinder block was filled with cement.Blue prints were not read correctly, resulting in a fire wall being forgotten altogether. The wrong insolation was used , resulting in another failed inspection.I am extremely displeased with un-returned phone calls and workers not showing up as promised.
