Pino Caputo is an independent contractor who pedals himself in building construction. He is about 5' 6" with short white hair and a soft Italian accented voice. He has a medium build and is about 47 years old at the time of this writing in 2007. He will take your money up front and promise anything you want to hear and then will take your money and run.

Unfortunately I fell victim to him when he lived in Goshen, NY and it took me a while to track him down and get him served to appear in civil court where I sued him and won. To date, he still has not paid me anything back and I am still learning of continued frauds he has committed and honestly wonder how he has not been jailed, deported, or had his behind seriously kicked for his dishonest conduct.

He sometimes escapes to Florida to do some ripping off until he needs to escape from there and go back to NY to do more ripping off to any victims he can scrounge there. He is a timid man with a bad temper and has a tendency to intimidate any women who have challenged his dishonesty while running like a coward when another man confronts him. He also has a tendency to give out a cell number only and then disconnect it after he has taken a large payment from his victims.
