Avoid "Shae Kibbey" ..contractors in San Marcos Texas

Contractors Shae Kibbey was contracted to build a 2-car garage and apartment for us. His work was substandard, he kept increasing the price, and refused to fix his mistakes, such as improper installation of AC unit, electrical fixtures which don´t work, a roof that leaks, and electical hook-ups which don´t meet code.

When we withheld the final payment pending repairs, he filed a
lien against our home, which was illegal and promptly rescinded by the court.

This man has been sued several times for similar incidents, one
including a very elderly couple, and had his license revoked. He now operates by working for a ´´company´´ owned by his girlfriend.

Avoid this person at all costs.
