What do you do with a builder that say's he has a 2yr warranty and refuses to sign for any letter's and refuses to respond to telephone calls. What do you do with a builder that leaves you with close to $100.000 in repairs. What do you do when no one will listen to you in the County building department all because this builder "has them in his back pocket".

Do you sue? This would cost at the very least $15,000-$20,000.
No, you get a sign and tell everyone ! like we do. You will not believe the support you will get from people that have been ripped off also. You get 2 magnetic signs and one big one for your windshield. You make sure everyone knows what this person has done to you.

It's amazing how many people will stop you and tell you they have been ripped off also. Some even have gotten ripped off by the person on the sign also.
