Lennar Homes are very Poorly Built Katy Texas

I bought Lennar home in Katy Texas in December 2000. The warranty has expired and I have noticed things happening to this house. I did have Lennar Rep come over the house last night (8/25/2008). I showed him problems with my house.....tile is popping upon walking on..They used felt (tar paper) when laying the tile. So when you knock on them they sound hollow because of not glueing them to my cement slab. The sales rep told me they do not do this anymore...The next thing I showed him was the wall was constructed crooked. You can tell just looking at it ..it was not even close to being straight. The next thing was the light in the bathroom has no electrical box where the connections are made...they are just sitting inside the wall. That asking for a fire!! The next thing was when I was upgrading the light switches I saw that when they stripped the wire to connect to the wall switch they took about 6 inches off and left it that way. So when they stuck it back in the box the bare wires where very close to each other to having a fire...

I know I should have advise these issures when the warranty was valid. But alot of these problems I did not see until remodeling. Lennar does not build a very good home...Watch out
