Lifetyme Exteriors Rip Off, Lie, No Warranty as promised Boston Massachusetts

I found the posting about Lifetyme from Mike and thought I would add my experience with the main office in Boston. Mike your lucky you got things taken care of. I would imagine that posting online, in the public is what got Chris Ripley to take action, I should of done the same.

I contracted Lifetyme Exteriors in Massachusetts and it was probably one of the worst decisions I made. The long and short is, they did an awful job, not to long after their 'lifetyme smart coat' started bubbling and cracking, I called and I was assured I would be taken care of. Months went by and they never came.

Finally I had to have another company redo all the work. I was going to sue but my lawyer said they have dozens of lawsuits and in the end it was going to cost me more time and money.I should of looked at the track record of this company more.

They have complaints on BBB and most of their other chains have unsatisfactory ratings. In the end their slick advertising is what got me, which made a lot of sense when I found out that Mr. Ripley's real background is marketing and this Lifetyme thing is just some pet project.
