This company is highly irreputable and hires inept sub-contractors that do poor quality work.

We hired this company to do some simple work on our home in Pittsburgh. They were contracted to build a deck, add a patio door, replace most of our windows, install a new furnace and add siding to our home in 1998. After dozens of calls, we still have leaks in our dining room from an improperly installed patio door, our siding is still incomplete, and the deck has shifted off of its footers.

The total price of the renovations was in excess of $20,000, which was paid promptly, and the work was either not completed or poorly completed. This includes masonary work that looks like my 6 year old did it, a Patio door that will not stop leaking and a deck I am afraid will collapse in a few more years.

I reported them to the BBB last year. (after giving them over 8 months to rectify the situations I mentioned above) I just checked their "file" with the BBB and it states that they have only had one complaint in the last 3 years and it was rectified, which I know for a fact is not accurate!
