Manufactured Home Foundations Service & Repair Or Mobile Home Service Master Should be behind bars! Ft. Worth Texas

Our home was damaged by Hurricane Ike and I signed a contract with this company to raise our home 4 inches, level it, and re-roof our home and front porch. Paul (the owner of the company) said he would need half the money up front for building materials and his brother (Abe) would be coming by with a contract, and to pick up a check for $3,250.00. We gave Abe the check, signed the contract, and agreed on a firm date to start the work. I took a week of vacation so I could be there for the work, since we could not live in our home because of the damage. No one showed up, no one bothered to call, and no one returned our many phone calls placed every day.
After threatening to sue, they sent a crew out with insufficient tools and no materials; who said they could not do the job, but would be back on an agreed upon date (my next 3 days off). They promised to be there, and to call if anything prevented them from coming. They did not show up or call, and would not return phone calls. People who gave us their cell phone numbers had different phones and someone else would answer and know nothing about my job.

After months of this, I was finally able to reach Paul by cell phone and told him to return my money or I would file charges on him. He said he would. I called him back several days later to confirm that he was sending my money back and he said it was being processed. I reminded him that if I didn't get my money back within 7 business days, I would be pressing charges. He replied, "I speak English!" The time has elapsed and we have not received our money. No one's answering their phones, and no response to messages left by phone. These people have obviously made a living out of scamming people and will make you a ton of promises, but have no intention of keeping any of them! Paul and his brother Abe should be behind bars!!!
