Scam artists, particularly the owner Greg Brown, Jr.
Got contracts to rebuild several houses after the fire with help of Home owners association. We declined there services. Our property has a shared wall with another property they were rebuilding. Despite the fact, that we did not destroy that wall they decided to BILL us for what they called "shared cost", violating numerous construction, home improvement and civil laws by performing work without a written contract , without discussed price, just decided to bill us. After we rejected their bill, long after work has been done (more than 150 days) filed an illegal mechanics lien on our property. Also harassed 4 more families with illegal mechanics liens at the same time.
Any potential customers with home improvement contracts - stay away from these crooks.

Dear Friends and Family of Miltco Inc,

We are sorry and embarrassed this is on the internet and had no choice but to respond after learning about it.

It has taken us years to build our reputation that embodies customer trust and satisfaction. In this business, our character is all we have to distinguish us from those that take advantage. This alleged statement  is an attempt to tarnish our reputation and seek revenge and we will not tolerate it.

Miltco has made attempts to resolve this issue; Once person to person, and  another with the BBB, but each time Oleg refused. As a result, we had no choice but to use the court system and Oleg lost. We gave Oleg our trust and he tried to take advantage of it but the court system did not allow it. He is now trying to hurt us in any way he can.
