New Direction Builders comitted fraud,took our money for remodel and did not complete Phoenix Arizona

They wrote up a contract for draws, did partial work 2 or 3 times over because it was never done right.as he did the work he would get draws for each step . he took out my kitchen when I asked him to do the addition first, no no He said your kitchen will be done in 3 weeks. 16 weeks later I have a partial kitchen if you want ot call it that, all the cabinets that they did put in are all worped.

We contacted Registrar of Contractors they agreed with our complaint. we are still in the process, but he has over $75,000.00 and we have not seen him in over amonth. He is doing this to many people we have heard talking to some people that knew him .

The last guy that was working here had a long talk with me and told me to watch out for him as he has been taking alot of deposits from people and not doing any work , he said at least you have some work done,. I explained to him but it all looks bad. he said I know. The worker called my husband that evening and he told my husband he just had a conversation with the contractor Don Addison and he (john) the worker said he told Don he knows what he is up to, he accused him of stealing from people and claiming Bankrupcy, Don used profanity and hung up on him. My husband called Don Addison and asked if this was true, Don replied there is always the recovery fund from ROC.

He is commiting fraud and is still out there collecting deposits from people because the legal process we have to go through to revoke his license. when we first hired him 5 months ago there were no complaints with the ROC dept. now there is 7.

please help us . My husband works very hard for his money and we were just making our house bigger for all of our children . We are foster parents of 2 and 1 other adopted and would like to adopt more. Thank YOU.
