Pinnacle Roofing - National Storm Management - Tony Itnyre - Terry Keifer Stole from me, repeatedly lied, failed to refund money, Alpharetta Georgia

I signed a roofing contract on 2/11/09 and gave them a $1650 down-payment. They promised to put it on the schedule, deliver the materials and the job would only take less than half a day. After two weeks, I called as to why the job had not been done, and they promised in two further weeks to complete the job. This was the start of a process of no-shows, my followups, and their repeated lies. Finally, disgusted, on April 30th, two and a half months later I sent a demand letter on April 30th demanding my money back and threatening to file criminal charges for theft, which I later did. The arraignment court hearing is scheduled for May 21st, and I still not received a refund.

While walking my dog on April 30th, I was complaining to a neighbor I met about Pinnacle Roofing, and he replied that Pinnacle had stolen $5,500+ from him after he signed a contract with them in early January, and he had gotten the same lies, and they had still not done the job, over four months later, or returned his money. So alarmed at this scam, we both went down and filed criminal charges together.

These people lie and mislead consumers, fail to perform the work after multiple promises, then just keep your money and hope you will go away. You can't believe anything they say, as all they do is give you more lies, and and try to stall you, until you just give up, cheated out of your money. They are so slick at just making excuses and endless lies, that eventually it becomes evident that they have just stolen the money and have no intention of doing anything...to the point at which you cannot take a chance on trusting them to do any work on your house, because they are so crooked, and would continue to cheat on the materials and workmanship. I think the only way to get your money back, is that hopefully your local prosecutor and a judge will be outraged at scammers cheating the elderly, such as myself and my neighbor, and bring criminal charges against them.
