Pulte Home Builders - Russell Realty Guarnateed buyout program through Pulte Home builders and Russell Realty Brunswick Ohio

Inquired about building a Home at Westbury Place in Brunswick Hills Ohio. The builder Pulte said they had a new program that guarnteed a buyout of your current home if it did not sell by the time the new one was completed.

They set us up with Russell Realty in ohio and the deal was that Pulte would pay the Russell Realtors the commision on the house we bought from Pulte for them selling our old house with the guaranteed buyout.

2 week before new house was to be completed Russell said the could not guarnatee buyout anymore. But is still holding us to contract to sell house.

Pulte returned money put down on new house. But, I would have went with another builder if it was not for this guaranteed buyout program.

Filed claims with bbb and relator board.

These two companies mislead me, lied to me and tried to get me to rent my old house out so the could still get the sale. Everyone walks away with money and I am stuck with 2 house payments.
